AXTION CLUB PRICING AND BENEFITS

Axtion Club is a non-contract re-occurring payment that allows payors access to the gym’s variety of classes. Members who opt for autopay are required to provide accurate information for automatic account withdrawals, a debit card, or credit card. By signing up with autopay you authorize Axtion Club to electronically obtain funds via an electronic funds transfer (EFT) or charge your card with your monthly dues.

CANCELLATION AND HOLD POLICIES

To cancel autopay, written notification (e-mail: teamaxtionclub@gmail.com) is required 30 days prior to the next billing date. Absolutely no refunds on unused portion of memberships.
