tara

Tara grew up in Saudi Arabia watching martial arts films and training in Taekwondo with her brothers.

She began training in Muay Thai five years ago. Since then, she’s attended several seminars including those instructed by Kaensak Sor Ploenjit and Master Thong.

Tara finds Muay Thai to be the best physical workout because both beginners and experienced fighters can hone new skills, build confidence, and break a sweat.

Through college she studied performance dance then pursued a successful career as a pastry chef, being featured in various publications such as Martha Stewart Living and Bon Appetit magazines.
