BOXING
For the first time in Belltown, anybody can walk in the door and learn the skills that allow them to feel like they’re stepping into the ring. Feel the satisfaction of pushing yourself further, and the pride of knowing you gave it your all. For anyone who has ever wanted to see what a boxing workout was all about in a safe, clean, professional environment Axtion Club is the way to go.
MUAY THAI
When you’re ready to step up and kick some heavy bags, we’re ready to show you how. Axtion Club Muay Thai is designed to be the perfect total body workout and the fastest way to the tight, toned fighter’s body you seek. You’ll be challenged to learn new skills and build strength in every muscle group. At the same time, you’ll gain far greater flexibility and fluidity of movement… and a whole new attitude walking down the street.
HIIT 45
With the use of medicine balls and Bulgarian bags in this class the workouts alternate between short but intense bursts of activity followed by periods of rest or low-intensity moves. This workout focuses on the conditioning and definition of the stabilizing muscles of the abdomen, obliques, and lower back. This fun class is also designed to burn fat, tone, and shape your lower body and booty to give you legs that will stop traffic!! This is a 45 minutes session.
MUAY THAI 101 – KICKBOXING
This class is a combination of body conditioning and basic techniques of boxing and Muay Thai providing a total body workout that aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination, and balance. This class will get beginners into shape and both men & women are welcome! Class format integrates combinations of punches, kicks, & heavy-bag work. You will have fun and reduce stress! A great workout for everyone interested in improving their fitness & stamina.
BOXING 101
In this class, you will learn all the fundamentals of boxing and will prepare you for our regular group classes. The beginner's classes will focus on the correct form of punches, defense, and footwork. And even though these classes are for beginners you will still get a great workout helping you to lose weight and tone your muscles. Great for anyone wanting to increase their cardiovascular fitness and lose those unwanted pounds.
Personal training via ZOOM or in-person
Virtual or in-person personal training offers you the flexibility to work out on your own time, exercise at home or the gym, and have our coaches keep you accountable to your program. We love helping our clients to succeed and thrive in fitness, health, and well-being.
