HIIT CORE/BUTT 45
With the use of medicine balls and bulgarian bags in this class the workouts alternate between short but intense bursts of activity followed by periods of rest or low-intensity moves. This workout focuses on the conditioning and definition of the stabilizing muscles of the abdomen, obliques and lower back. This fun class is also designed to burn fat, tone and shape your lower body and booty to give you legs that will stop traffic!! This is a 45 minutes session.
Fit-Boxing 45 classes are one of the most effective methods to lose weight, tone muscles, and build strength. Classes involve mainly basic boxing combinations, cardio drills, and specific boxing conditioning exercises. This class is designed for beginner to advanced levels of fitness. MUAY THAI 101 – KICKBOXING
This class is a combination of body conditioning and basic techniques of boxing and Muay Thai providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance.
